Buyers at yourdecoshop.de can choose between paying via bank transfer (advance payment), Klarna Invoice, DIRECTeBanking, PayPal, Klarna Installments, Billpay Debite note or credit card .

1. Payment via bank transfer (advance payment)

After completing the ordering process, we will send you an order confirmation with our account details to your email address as stated. All products at yourdecoshop are custom-made for each buyer. Hence, yourdecoshop only starts producing your goods after received your payment. Bank transfers within the EEC usually take 4 working days.

We will send you a payment reminder via email after 14 days of receipt of your order if we have not received your payment. If you have not paid your order and need to cancel an item, please send us an email with the subject "Cancellation + your order number" to shop@yourdecoshop.com.

2. Payment via Klarna Invoice or Klarna Account

For customers in Germany we offer to pay via invoice or on account. This payment method is provided in cooperation with our partner Klarna AB. By choosing this payment method you are asked to only pay after having received your goods. The payment processing is solely handled by Klarna.

Klarna AB Klarna reviews and evaluates the information provided by the costumers, and if justified, shall exchange information with other companies and credit reporting agencies (credit check). If the credit rating of costumers is negative, Klarna AB can refuse to accept this payment methods for this customer. Alternative payment options will be given. Your personal information is stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

When paying via Klarna Invoice you will always get your products first. Your payment is 14 days from date of shipment. A cancellation is then no longer possible.

"directebanking.com" is a new and innovative payment method of Payment Network AG which has been certified by TÜV according to best-practice data privacy standards. DIRECTeBanking is already used in numerous German online-shops.

When using the money transfer form of the Payment Network AG you are directed automatically and in real time via a secure connection to your online bank account. The total amount will thus be automatically transferred to the bank account without transmitting your bank data.

Buyers at yourdecoshop can also pay via Mastercard, VISA, Dinersclub and Amex credit card. We place great importance on data security. All personal data is transmitted via SSL encryption. Credit card data is transmitted via 3D secure technology to our payment service provider iPayment for check. yourdecoshop does not store this data.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you just have to choose "credit card" during the checkout process as your preferred payment method. The following credit card information is requested: card type, card number, security code and validity. The security code is a three digit number on the back of your credit card, which increases payment security online.

Your credit card is checked promptly by our payment provider online. The payable amount is deducted immediately after the completion of your order. Upon completion you will receive a confirmation that the transaction was successful. Afterwards your goods are produced promptly and cancellation is not possible anymore.
